I REALLY LOVE YOUR PURSES! THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE! I REALLY WANT ONE BUT I CANNOT AFFORD THEM! ALSO I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU CAN TELL IF THEY ARE REAL???

I have a dooney zebra bucket bag that has turned yellow. I had one for 6 months that I returned to the store when it yellowed and now the replacement has yellowed too. I have had the second one for about 9 months and it turned within the first 3 months. Why are these turning yellow?

Be careful when you purchase anything from the Dooney & Bourke website. I purchased a tote and had to return it. They would not refund my money but, rather said I had to take the refund on a D&B gift card. However, after one month, I still have not gotten the gift card. I have called Customer Service 19 times and keep getting jerked around.

I have had my D&B purse for a few years. It hasn't been used much, but today when I went to get it out of the closet, the white has yellowed. I researched this and it seems to be a very common problem... D&B isn't doing anything to make up for the purses they are just saying it's common. Please don't waste your money on these purses.

I purchased the zebra chiara for $450.00 and it yellowed quickly. I shipped it back to Dooney and they said they no longer make or replace them. I was given a D&B gift card for the credit. I was NOT given the refund back to my debit card. Which left me holding all the accessories to match it and nothing to carry them with. I would highly NOT recommend these to anyone.

I thought I'm the only one with the bag that turned yellow, the one with the hearts all over it? I am seriously upset and will never buy from this company again. At first I am embarassed to use this bag, but I want the whole world to know how awful this company is to sell us bad quality bags. I never ever heard this from other companies. I'm sticking to Coach and LV.
Think I'm gonna find a D&B store and walk in there with this bag, let all the customers know how awful this company is.

My zebra print large hobo bag has turned yellow and my turquoise has fallen out of my duck and YES Dooney and Bourke will no do anything(via our email conversation). I was in love with bag and would love for it to be replaced but I'm scared of what they will say if I send it in! DOn't get me wrong if they could fix it I would be ok with that BUT I'm not willing to take a credit for my bag

my white it purse turned yellow.The tag fell off,I sent it 2 the company,they will put the tag bag on but did not mention the yellowing.The purse was $235.00 they said they will give me a $179.00 credit towards a $235.00 product. WTF! Just get the yellow off my purse! From what i'm reading on the internet they have alot of problems with this purse yellowing.I paid $235.00 in good faith for this purse,fix it, or give me a tradein for $235,00 not 179.00

your purses use to hold up and look good forever. not anymore!!!!! my sister bought one and i loved it so i bought one because4 i have had my black one for years.i used it about a month & winter rolled areound i put mine in the closet took it out next summer totally dark yellow called my sister hers did the same thing.$150.00 is too much for a purse that last a couple months of gentle use and it never got wet or was never in alot of sunlight.if it's over a year old you people don't want to help.i'll stick with coach.

Loved my zebra purse, but it yellowed. Dooney wouldn't do anything to help with the issue! I am so irritated with this company!! I always buy Coach or Kate Spade, never again, Dooney!
